2023 Poster Artwork Competition Winner!
RISE is a nonprofit organization and the Hot Air Balloon Festival is a Fundraising Event for them. The Artist will get 50% of the proceeds and 50% will go to the nonprofit. Our mission is to Educate, Encourage, and Empower men and women to RISE to self-sufficiency. We want to enrich and unify our community and we appreciate the local artists who help us with this event to do so!
